Little Queenies is down from Pho Quynh on a street perpendicular to PNL and Bui Vien. There are a few other takeaway places on the same road. If you go to little queenies don't expect too much variety. I went there three times and only saw 2 girls working, but on the plus side I was never charged a bar fine.
