Nope, Que Quang is a little street that you will encounter prior to Tran Quang Khai if you are on Nguyen Phi Khanh heading away from Vo Thi Sau. This Que Quang street is the last 3 way intersection you will encounter on Nguyen Phi Khanh before encountering Tran Quang Khai. Turn lf on Que Quang street from Nguyen Phi Khanh. Khanh Loc is the only karaoke on that street. Que Quang is a very small street that dead ends quite quickly. Just remember if you go there to tell the waiters not to bring any of the side items (such as chips, gum, jerkeys, etc.). Just ask for a case of you choice of beer and a plate of fruits. Never let them sucker you into eating the side items or order food from these karaoke places (even if your gal tells you she is hungry) b/c the food is charged way too high for the lack of quality you get. Remember to ask for either mammason Mai or Duyen. Tell them you were sent there by a regular. This place and Truc Mai 1 are pretty customer friendly (ie lack of scams) but as always though, use your common sense.

Do you mean Tran Quang Khai, the bigger main street just ahead of Nguyen Phi Khanh as you head away from Vo Thi Sau? That's the only street nearby that sounds at all similar to Que Quang. If you go up Nguyen Phi Khanh to the intersection where three different streets meet, it's there. Its the busy street at that end. Lots of tall trees line it on either side, and its a bit narrow, with two way traffic. Thanks.

I tend to visit 4 Trong 1 on weekdays. This is for several reasons: more girls to choose from, avoid a big crowd which tends to draw troubles, and the service overall tends to be better. You should aim to arrive around 9pm or 9:30pm at the latest. You will be approached by girls if you arrived early enough and get a table. If you are not approached by anyone, get a hold of one of the managers there to get you some company. Managers are easy to pick out, they all dress up and wear ties (it's polite to tip the manager 50,000 dong for bringing you some company). Keep an eye out for those gals standing by customers' tables and dancing when you are there. These are working gals for the club so they are not allowed to sit. If you find one you like, get the waiter to go get her for you. Be cautious and selective because it's customary to tip the gal that keeps you company once you leave, so don't just grab the first one you see because you may run into a better one later and have to end up tipping more than one gal. Tipping your girl will keep her happy and ensure possible future rendezvous. The least you must tip is 50,000 dong. 100,000 dong if you really like her. Regarding karaoke om, good ones to visit include Truc Mai 1 (not Truc Mai 2) on Nguyen Phi Khanh street in district one and Khanh Loc on ?Que Quang street? close by Truc Mai 1 (just ask for Khanh Loc once you get on Nguyen Phi Khanh street and just about anyone there can point you to this karaoke place). Khanh Loc has two dang good looking gals (Phuong and Thuy). They are sisters. Phuong is 17 and Thuy is 19. You should check this place out, I'm sure you will find it to your liking. If you go to Khanh Loc, ask for mammason Mai or Duyen. Just for reminder though, it's customary again to tip your mammason.

UPDATE

Went to 4 Trong 1 last night (Saturday) not arriving until 10:45 or so, which probably is too late on a weekend night. It's a very big place, all the customers and action on the main floor. By the time we got there, no good tables were left and everyone who was going to hook up seemed to have done so already. In contrast to the Pine Tree place, which seems like 95% male clientele, this one is far more mixed -- lots of real couples and big tables full of parties. So it wasn't clear to me who was game for being picked up there. I guess I have to go on a weeknight, and earlier.

Btw, of those karaoke oms you've checked out, did you (or anyone) ever go to one called Do Club on Dien Bien Phu, just near Hai Ba Trung? Stopped in there one night for just a beer, and there were plenty of cute girls sitting around waiting to keep a guy company. But I've been a victim of the karaoke om scam before, so very leery to move forward.

Thanks. I've been to the Pine Tree spot. There's another up that way called Paradise that recently reopened, pretty good too. And two more right across the street from it -- one is Night Star and the other next door to it I don't remember the name of. Those two are very similar, a slight step below Paradise. Sorry guys. The name of the club is not 501. I was mistaken. The name of the club is 4 Trong 1. It's located on Hau Giang street in District 6. This club is located in the area called Cho Lon. This area is predominately Chinese populated. I don't remember the exact address. I'm pretty sure both the taxi drivers and bikers can get you to this club. By the way, I went and checked out Rainforest (Mua Rung) club on my last trip there. It's definitely a waste of money and time so don't bother. There is a decent club called Pine Tree (Thonh Xanh) close by the main airport. It's under remodeling but you guys should check it out. The girls are pretty dang good looking.

I knew my post would offend someone on here. I truly apologise to this member. My intensions were not to make my services look good by putting down the street girls, if you got this impression then I truly apologise, truthfully. What I was trying to say was, if it was me (I am NOT advertising, please put that part ASIDE) I would not go with the street girls here from what I have heard from the locals, I would rather go the a more high class place like catwalk etc. and pick up a girl there (catwalk has NOTHING to do with me whatsoever, I am not advertising). Yes all be it, they are expensive compared to the street girls but I personally would feel alot safer being with them than a street girl. When you drive past NTMK street and look at the girls, you will see at the street corners sitting on bikes are their PIMPS, also driving up and down the street all the time, this (maybe it's nothing) alone makes me feel very unsafe because I have heard stories of where a working street girl will take a foreigner (and locals) to THEIR ROOM and then the pimp will burst in and cause trouble, or in some cases they pretend to be police or something and come into the room etc. All I am trying to express is that I PERSONALLY do not feel safe this way, I would rather take an expensive girl back to the hotel where I am staying and having PEACE OF MIND. Also in my opinion, EXPENSIVE girls thereotically speaking, would not have as many customers as the street girls, so personally for me I like this better. (I'd rather I be her FIRST ONE TODAY, than her TENTH ONE TODAY)

Hi guys, I'm being honest and biased when I say this ...STAY AWAY from these street girls on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai ! Yes fair enough, some of them are nice (I go past and look all the time, but never touch), none of them are CITY PEOPLE ... usually the reason they stand on the streets is because the WORKING PLACES will not hire them anymore because of :

1. drug habit
2. sexual disease

This is not always the case of course, but from what the LOCALS know, this is USUALLY the case. Better being SAFE than SORRY guys in my opinion.

I disagree with this assessment. Having EXPERIENCED girls from Apocalypse, Saigon-Saigon, Caravelle SWs, Palace SWs and Hai Ba Trung bar girls, I cannot say with any factual evidence that TMK girls are any less drug-free or cleaner than so-called city girls. Whatever the case, wear a condom and you will be okay. That's sensible for any segment of working girls to avoid the pitfalls referred to above.

Having said that, I think I should remind #2234 that this is a board for sharing information about mongering. If TMK isn't a good place to get girls, than what is? I invite #2234 - or any other member - to post some relevant information about good spots to find good girls at a reasonable price. Reviewing #2234's previous posts, I was not able to identify any recent useful information for mongers about where to go as a solid alternative. On the other hand, I have seen blatant advertisements for a car hire service, female tourist guides and a coffee shop with girls (with a not-so-subtle hint that the girls may be available for something more than serving coffee). Although I was not offended by the posts, I thought they belonged more appropriately in the Classified Ads thread of the forum.

Sorry I haven't posted in while. I've hit Ba Ba a few time recently. It's a beer bar/coffee shop on the side street accross from the circus off of pham nau lao (spelling...sorry). They have a good choice of working girls. Short time 300 thousand and overnite 500 thousand. They have a few cuties there, and the owner is pretty nice too.
I noticed the line of girls on the corner of palace and win dem men khai (spelling...sorry) again. It was a Saturday night again and they were definately working girls. Some of them descent quality too.

There is not much risk. The Police usually does not intrude in expensive international hotels. On the other hand, these hotels usually don't allow vietnamese visitors after 11 pm. In case of problem, 500 $ would solve the problem.
