I just brought along an empty box of my Cialis prescription that I brought from my country. I showed the pharmacist the empty box and the pharmacist gave me what I needed no questions asked. It wasn't cheap but not outrageously priced and very convenient without the need to pay for a prescription. If I recall GG's comments on this previously, he suggested looking for the pharmacies displaying a Green Cross outside the business.

You can walk to any pharmacy and get almost any drug except opioids and benzos. The viagra is sold in a 4 tablet pack at the Vn pharmacies. Best to write down the name on a piece of paper so its clear to them what you want (sometimes English gets in the way).

Having gotten out of VN end of March, just before things really closed down, I would suggest that anyone who thinks about traveling there think twice. While you can get a business visa, you will be quarantined for 14 days upon arrival, and I can attest to the fact that the quarantine areas are very basic, not a luxury hotel. Probably the best area was in Haiphong where I was, a student dorm with some semblance of a good bed and laundry facilities. Yes they feed you but probably you don't want to extend your trip 14 days in quarantine.

Actually the hotels are pretty decent. I spent my 14 days of quarantine in Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong province and I was allowed to walk in the park around the hotel. It was clean, big room with basic utilities, unlimited tea and coffee, peaceful, extremely helpful staff and 14 days passed quite quickly.

The other thing is, that at the moment nothing much is happening now due to new cases in Saigon and Hanoi.

Can I get full service from these street massage girls or are these tourist rip off joints?

If full service is offered, what's the practice of negotiating?

In my experience, you can't get FS, most places only offer bath, BJ, 69.

How is the current situation in Saigon during this Corona time? Is it safe to visit massage parlors? Is Bui Vien open for business?

I have been walking around Bui Vien, and some of the girly bars seem like 10% of what they were before. Crazy Girls with two girls seating. Nothing really going on.

Massage places are functioning. I had my set of phone numbers of previous ladies, and they point out where they are. Little Tokyo seems to be fully working.

I haven't tried yet Go2 or other ones.
