How are the costs of rooms, food and girls there compared to those in Thailand?

I primarily live in HCMC for the past 18 months with almost all my visa runs to Bangkok and also a 3-month stay in Sukhumvit area.

- hotels are pretty close but HCMC wins here. $30/ night gets a much nicer place than what that buys in the tourist parts of BKK these days. Also, plenty of clean and nice places for less, across the city too.

- local food is by far cheaper and easier to find anywhere in HCMC compared to Sukhumvit area. Western / international restaurants are about the same with BKK taking the lead in the high-end places.

- pussy is by far the cheapest in Vietnam compared to practically anywhere in Asia. It's not really in your face (except Little Tokyo or Pasteur Street bars), but there's so much pussy for sale here it's insane.
