While looking for hotels on TripAdvisor, I found Novia Hotel at 22 Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Ward 3, Phu Nhuan District. It says it is a love hotel. It is only $16 a day and the the rooms look very nice in the pictures. Does anyone know anything about it? I figure if it is a love hotel, there should be no problem bringing in ladies at any hour.

Most girls will gladly take your USD, just make sure to agree on USD price, don't rely on the exchange rate, the girls will give you the rate she wants, you may end up with "rounding rate" like 1 USD = 20 k VND, not the market 23 k.

Apparently you haven't been to Shanghai or Singapore lately. That's 100% opposite my experience! In fact there are more / easier hot young Viet options for easy picking in either location than there are in HCMC. I'm not talking about massage girls, hot toc girls, etc. , but rather about young, pretty girls who dress up and speak English.

In my experience these are all older women that can't make much money in Vietnam. That's why they go on the road to fleece white guys. None of them compare to the average hooker available to Vietnamese guys via Thienda for about 1/8 the price.
