Well looks like I've done most of the different types of adult establishments except for one, a karaoke bar. If anyone is looking for a relaxing time I suggest staying at Life Resort, it's right next to Furama but cost a bit less and it is a lot newer. The best thing about this hotel besides the AC, the damn bad. I can't believe how hard the beds are in Vietnam, apparently that is how they like it over here.

As for the action since the last report, I gotta admit I made my 1st mongering mistake while here. Finally made it here after what feels like a year of traveling, damn I can't believe how long I it took for me to get to Da Nang. I am glad I RTFF before I came, but turns out I have a bunch of family members here that wanted to show me around.

I can't believe how the clubs opperate here, maybe it's the places I went but these clubs were quite interesting to say the lease. As soon as you walk into one of these places you are escorted to a table were they quickly get you a plate of fruit, then a beautiful girl will come to each person in your party. Those clubs you went to are pretty standard in Da Nang, I remember one club I went to had some sexy sparsely dressed go go dancers shaking their booty nasty compare to some clubs here in Saigon that were a bit tame in comparison.

There's a expat type bar in Da Nang that have live music if your looking for English speakers. Don't remember the name but just ask any taxi driver for the "Cowboy Bar" saloon where all the waitresses wear cute cowgirl outfits.

Picking up were I left off yesterday, around 4pm one of the guys I'm with calls around and finds some chicks for us. Turns out having connections in Da nang is the way to go, he tells me he can get us a girl for $11 USD. If anyone is looking for a relaxing session at a very nice place I totally recommend this joint. After the saunna we went to the massage area, my buddy tells me it's not how it was set up a few years ago. Before you could pick out the girl you wanted from a line up, now they just give you one. But he does tell me if you don't like your girl you can have them send you another one.

I ended up getting lucky, the girl I got was pretty cute VERY young looking. The massage itself was EXCELLENT, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to pamper themselves. It's not far from Vung Tau. Curious as to what it's like...beaches, women, massage... I'm pretty sure it's bring-your-own venue.

I was just there a month ago and stayed at one of their resorts right on the beach. Hmm. The beaches were nice but I remember some spots in Vung Tao had cleaner swimming areas. But much less crowded than VT as far as people. Didn't try the massage at my resort as it was too expensive for my taste, around $30 USD and not knowing what extras were available.

However if you speak Viet you should'nt have any problems finding some action. I remember a few years back in Long Hai where my local buddy drove us a few miles from the resort to some house where they had a girl sent to the room and let you shag for an hour. Sorry couldn't give you more details as I was with family this recent trip. I would imagine the P4P prices in Long Hai will be cheaper than HCMC as you can see from the surroundings.

Le Hong Phoung is a few kilometers away from the foreign bar area; the street is definitely local; didn't see any meter taxis on that street; local bus number 1 runs that street.

Mike, I've been there four times, all for business (fifth time this October). What you have to understand about Vietnam is it is a socialist country. Therefore, the government owns the airlines, major hotels (2*+) and just about everything else. There are few English-speakers. There are massage parlors but most have windows and can be monitored by police. The P4P scene is not like PI or BKK although you can get laid in Saigon, for example, if you go to the bars, especially on Hai Bin Trung and take her upstais for a BJ or outside to a 1* hotel for ST. You cannot take a girl back to your hotel if it is a 2* or above. It is against the law and the hotel staff will not allow it.

There are barber shops called hot tocs that have some real cuties and some of them have semi-private rooms for massage, HJ and possibly BJ.

The most luck I've had getting laid in HCMCity is at the massage parlor in Saigon Star, Smiley's and quite a few freelancers at Apocalypse Now (although the music is too damn loud). In Nha Trang, you will be approached/pestered by locals asking if you want "massa" or "boom boom".

The major scene seems to be the massage parlors. Went to one with a moto-bike driver. There are many massage places, but I took him (with the higher commission prices) because I wanted a place where I wouldn't be jerked around (as much).

He took me to Massage Hong Bang on 118 Hong Bang. Standard massage parlor practice: you buy a ticket. It cost me 200K dong (driver probably got around 100K dong).
