As a local I can tell you that the cheapest sex is in the brothels but the quality of the treatment you will get from the girls is variable. I've had some very good experiences and some very poor ones at the brothels. Prices are about $230/hr.

I agree completely with Amavida.

Spent 2 years in BNE and found the girls on that site the best. Only negative was that suprisingly most work banker's hours and not many do evenings. There are of course some exceptions.
