Can someone please explain to me why the RandT joints do not just get council approval to provide the service they really want to. And us the consumer really want? It may cost but you would think it would then be all up front in the open. A PCA licence should not be that hard to get.

If there are regulations regarding how many of these establishments can operate. In fact I know there is. These places want our dollars and they often advertise so it is good to share information about where they are and the (lack of) quality of the service.

Tips are better than the actual address because it increases the uncertainty about which place is being talked about. That way it might make our posts a bit harder for council private investigators to use as evidence that these places function illegally. For example I could say I received a great happy ending at the massage place in Bourke street Melbourne. Or I could say "Donna" at the massage place above Hungry Jacks on the corner of Bourke and Russell gave me a great HJ. For mine the more direct one has more potential for trouble for them.

In any case. I don't think this forum is the main place for council PI's getting the low down on these places.
