Ok, I haven't been there but I'm pretty sure that the corner of Toorak & Warrigal Rds isn't Camberwell.

I also thought that area was Burwood. But it seems the border of camberwell is Toorak road and Warrigal road. So this place is just inside Camberwell. This place is advertised as Camberwell in locanto. Check for ads with the term mermaid. The ads refer to the girls as mermaids. Because of that I had hopes about extras. But the other place I mentioned in my post is in Burwood but just 50m away.
