That whole area of North Melbourne is a mixed bag, there's definitely VFM but some prices are utterly ridiculous. I have tried some others such as 346 Vic St (granted this was a year ago, but they offered $50 for 30 minutes + $150 for a NHJ, I got out of there quick. Would not recommend at all). The quality really varies a lot and I would only touch that area if I lived close to it and really needed to unload.

The lane corner shop is open under new management I believe, Google maps is extremely unhelpful in this region because there are a lot of massage joints that aren't on there (reverse is also true; a few spots on Google maps no longer exist). Best advice I can give you is to just walk up to any shop, judge the girls at the door, and don't be afraid to bail if the prices are too high.

Hey gents, as someone stuck in the CBD I have sampled a few of the massage shops in the surrounding area. There's certainly VFM around with the middle aged crowd (such as a $50 massage + $50 BBFS near Vic Market. See Allison Ln), and of course the well known Dryburgh + Peel St shops.
