Why do you think they confiscate phones and laptops? There are a couple of possible reasons:

LE will look for evidence to support their case.

LE will look for evidence of organized crime.

LE will look for whatever they can get.

Is it a crime to have your number on another person's phone? It could have been a wrong number call? In the scheme of things a shop probably gets 4-5 calls per booking. Lots of numbers probably don't even eventuate into bookings. A number could be a thread to unravel something or a dead end.

Always use a burner phone and a fake name. Always.

In Qld where the venues are open and we are enjoying the delights of our sweet girls every shop has a covid register where we have to provide, name, hone, address. While that sounds like LE gold I think everyone knows it's going to be full of fake details.

Thanks for the reply, in terms of calling a shop I get you and makes sense but I'm talking more about calling directly and txt msg directly to Locanto, making arrangements that way.

Just more of an FYI. It seems the AMP in St Alban is gone. There was a story in the Herald Sun about a month ago, on a raid on an AMP run from a house. Tried ringing the mamasan, Linda, several times now but 1 number seems disconnected and the other number goes straight to voicemail. Its a shame because Linda had genuine young girls for several years now. Another AMP is still operating but unfortunately their girls are mid 30's at the youngest.

One thing that might be a permanent change when we can go back on the prowl, is that all our favorite RnT establishments may well insist on wearing masks. Both us and the girls. That's going to take a bit of enjoyment out of the equation.

I had a much more sinister vision and that's an AMG walking in the room wearing full PPE gear and disposable gloves wanting 100 $ up front to do the good deed.
