Having worked in an industry that required tight security, the majority who take up this work are basically incompetent.

It was reported these these security F*S were getting paid $45 an hour.

Just want to say that I agree with #EngineDriver. I was astounded to hear that one third of oversea returners did not do the test! The process should be simple: All oversea returners must be tested immediately and self-quarantined for 14 days, then released if test is negative. I also agree that Police / Army should be used to guard the hotels.

Yes, I know someone in the health bureaucracy. Unlike other States, Victoria did not use police or the Army for guard duty. The police union did not want the job of babysitting hotel guests, so they awarded the contracts to their mates without tendering. Andrews does whatever the union chiefs tell him to do.

1. Some guards did have sex with the guests in quarantine.

2. Guards demanded bribes for allowing the guests to leave to go shopping etc.

3. Guards allowed girlfriends / boyfriends of guests to enter quarantined rooms.

4. Some guards reported for duty, clocked on, then promptly disappeared to drive Ubers. They still collected their full pay for guard duty.

5. Some guards just slept in the job.

6. At the end of quarantine, no one bothered to test the guests for the virus.

Agree that the guards were from the Middle East or India, but the root thirsty travelers were not from there. They were more likely to be bogan backpackers.

In my experience, females from the Middle East or India are very conservative and have the self control to go home to their husbands before having a root. In any case, it is likely they would have been accompanied by their family members in the hotel room. Independent, solo travel amongst Middle Eastern women usually doesn't happen.

Do you usually seek instructions in finding a Woolies supermarket? Or even a suburban coffee shop? There are probably more rub and tug joints in Melbourne than coffee shops. Just open your eyes and go for a walk down a shopping strip on a busy high street in any random suburb. You will come across about 5 massage shops. They will have pictures on the the front showing couples enjoying being massaged. They sir, are rub and tug joints. After the massage, the Chinese chick will offer a range of extra services for large sums of money.

If you are still lost, walk up and down Sydney Road in Brunswick, or Victoria Street in Richmond. That would be a good start.

Body has been quite beat up from the extra workouts due to the social life going down the shitter so I thought I'd actually go for a proper massage and maybe some more.

Found a Thai place in Preston, looks legit up front, although that doesn't mean much, knowing what we all know.

My masseuse greets me and takes me to the room. The masseuse at first glance happened to be a Thai ladyboy. Not usually my cup of tea, but I thought she probably has stronger hands than the average woman.

Massage was the standard Thai massage you'd be familiar with, the hands were strong which was a good and bad thing.

On the flip, I was expected her to make a move or try get some coin out of me, given she "accidentally" moved the towel to much to expose my Johnson. But much to my surprise neither happened.
