The one at the junction I have had luck with. Also the one further down on Mount Road near the Sportsbar.

There is also couple around the back near the train line. One advertises Lomi Lomi but is definitely expensive and no movement on price.

The other on Margaret St will allow the negotiation and has decent talent. Starts with normal prices but you can get them down.
