Dan the man, you can't go wrong by visiting Bangkok on your first trip and visiting Soi Cowboy, Nana Plaza and Patpong. Then the world's your oyster.

If you go to the places suggested in BKK you will get your needs satisfied but you are unlikely to strike up any sort of GFE relationship.

In the Philipines you can get the same but if you are nice to the people that you meet in normal life you might find one that wants to spend a few days with you to get out of the shithole that she lives in. Same goes for Saigon.
