You may be asked, in which case you will need drivers license, passport or keypass, not student ID. When people talk about licensed or unlicensed brothels they are refering to brothel license, not liquor license. It is illegal for brothels to serve alcohol in VICTORIA.

These places would probably have been shut down anyway, even without the reports here.

Many councils fervently police their "rules" to ensure compliance with DAs. They often have dedicated staff, or contract PIs, to "test the market". There was an instance in Sydney only recently where a council inspector was up on corruption charges for accepting freebies to overlook the illegal activities at a couple of shops in his territory.

Even nosey neighbours can do more damage than a report on this or any other forum. The council would still have to get more conclusive evidence than a report here....do you really believe all the letters in Penthouse??

I disagree. I have seen numerous places shut down shortly after they were discussed with explicit details either here or other forums.

Sometime ago I reported such a post to Jackson who shares a similar laissez-faire attitude. It was closed within a fortnight.
