Agree the library window can be challenging when someone is sitting right there. Only saviour is when it's dark outside and the lights are on inside the library they actually can't see you easily whereas you can see in.

I went to Reservoir again yesterday and checked it out but did not stay. Jenny? And Donna did not give me the attitude I wanted to feel so went to Preston.

I did visit the sister shop in Reservoir on Saturday afternoon, saw a Chinese lady using the name Mimi, wasn't great, in fact was pretty damn dull and terrible. So mark that down as one to avoid!

Yes this place at 541 does have a rear entrance. However you need to text Apple or ring the shop to get one of the girls to open it for you.

Can be a bit of a wait at times if everyone is busy but better than the front option.

Its a sliding door in Wood street. They will let you out that way too.

I rate this place as one of the best VFM, I find you always know you will get a good service.

Yes same Kiki, she works at both shops. Just check with Apple to see if you intend going to see her, Apple will tell you which shop she is at. I saw her at the Reservoir shop too.
