I can't speak definitively first hand for this, but my understanding is that CBD Doubles is one of the other places that seems to be pushing BBFS for "regulars". There seem to be a few operators who realise there is a market for this and are pushing it to keep the punters happy, but without much concern for the well-being of the girls.

One of the main things to remember is a lot of this time this is offered as a "special" for people who are regulars etc, with the girl suggesting she is only doing it for you and not for anyone else, encouraging you to keep going back to see her. The problem is it turns out that quite a lot of people have had the same treatment from the same girls.

Play safe. And at the very least don't fall for any stories about being the only one!

Actually, picking up a street-girl and taking her home for the night is the best value I've found in Sydney.
