Just a word of warning to anyone going to Liaisons in Edgecliff this week. A "holiday surcharge" of $50 is being added to the normal fee for all bookings, making it a very pricey $400 for an hour. I'm not sure if this is official, or just a scam being run by the receptionist, but for a parlour that advertises itself as a classy 6 star establishment, I thought it was a really tacky thing to do and it totally pissed me off.

The receptionist advised that "it was to reward and encourage the girls to come in over the holidays", and at the time of my visit on a Saturday lunchtime their website listed 20 girls as being available. In actual fact, there were only 3 in the lineup.

I have been going to Liaisons for years and have had some good sessions there. The recently refurbished rooms are nicely decorated, and some of the girls are very attractive. However, the $50 surcharge is just exploitation and will certainly make me think twice about going back.
