Now I have left Fiji I can give you all the benefit of my overall impressions. Disclaimer, these are just my opinions and I do not have anywhere near the deep cultural understanding of Gentleman Pat. However, in a few years on the ground and having covered most of the country, I have a fair idea what I am talking about.

1. In the interests of research, I'll go to Toorak and see if there's still any signs of life there at Koolspa. I went years ago and it was 100% Chinese with attitude issues.

Since GP has taken the time to type out (again) all of his parlour advice, I thought I should share my (limited) experience.

Garden City: plenty of Fijian girls here, some better looking than others but all presentable and approachable. Have had 3 massages: 1 HJ (was in a rush) and 2 FS, one great and one fine.
