Nice place, language is primarily Korean. Very limited English. You will have to buy 5-6 LDs just to open up the possibility of other services. I think most users on Guam are disappointed with the service Guam's "service gals" are giving.
As a frequent user, myself and buddies of mine compare notes and for the most part....Guams' service providers are terrible. 9 times out of 10 you will be disappointed for having spent the money. Getting the GF experience on Guam? Better to fly to Thailand or the PI.
