At end of last year, cheap tickets are sold out in the order of India, Bangkok/Asia, Argentina / Brazil.

But India is vast and wealth unevenly distributed. I doubt if the best selection of providers are those educated with good English. For the elites, they are very snobbery about accents. For sure BBC English is OK, don't even know about American accents.

Concerning Mexico and the rest of Latin America: unless you want to stick with tourist areas and border towns, your preference for English-speaking locales may limit the areas where you'll end up being. I've found that learning at least one commonly used foreign language (in my case it was Spanish) will not only increase your options, but will also allow you to enjoy and find out things to which a lot of visitors aren't privy. I've also found that a lot of locals will treat you differently (better) than the average tourist/expatriate.

My observation is that if you are good looking, or decent looking and have the right attitude and a sense of humor, you will do well anywhere.

As far as color, hieght, and other periphials, it's all more about current fads than anything. Some women seem to get onto a type, and that is what they want.

One thing is for sure, if the provider likes you, and even wants you, you will get alot more our of the deal.
