Everything I've read indicates Indonesia also. I've experiences Germany and Phil first hand. Indonesia I didn't visit the right place, so only ever nailed 2 chicks there. 1 offered, 1 absolutely would not. That said. It really depends on your taste and how much you are willing to spend money. Also how long meetings are you exactly looking for?

From my view Prague can be alright if we are talking about short meetings like only half an hour, a hour meetings or maybe two hour meetings, but the prices varies a lot between clubs and private places. If you are looking for overnight meetings then it comes expensive.

That is just my opinion because I can get overnight with a Czech girl in my own country at the same price or even cheaper than in Prague plus I do not have to travel all the way there with all costs.

I think it depends on who you are, what type of women you like, and what languages you speak. If you speak Spanish, that's probably an advantage in Spain. If you speak Russian or Romanian, then Ukraine and Romania would look more attractive. Price, distance, and convenience of reaching the place from wherever you're from would also factor in.

If I am understanding you correctly you are looking for the nearly impossible (anything is possible if you spend enough money, but you say you don't want to break the bank).

For white girls the obvious choices are North America or Europe. Forget the US. Canada used to have an excellent outcall escort system, but they changed the law about a year ago and I don't know where it stands (check the Quebec Forum).
