But to be a tourist in Africa is to much of a hassle, and not really cheap.

For black girls in Thailand, it is possible to find them in Bangkok on Sukhumvit Road, from Soi 3, up to Soi 15.

They walk the streets, give them some eye contact, and it's on. Most will ask for 2,000. - THB. It's to much.

Settle for 1,500 THB. You can get them down to a 1,000 THB. If you like one, then take their number and get them to be with you.

Before they hit the streets. Then it should be possible to get it for 1,000 THB. This is of course for short time encounters. I always tip 100 THB only. It doesn't help you to pay more. The service is not better or worse next time around.

I prefer Pattaya. It's the same type off girls. These days most are from Kenya and Uganda, or Madagascar. There are a few Nigerians too.

Blackbeards in DR hits most of your requirements. You can hangout in the bar and talk to the girls, although there is a limited supply, but more than enough for 4-5 days. Cape Town South Africa: It's some years since I've been there, but when I went the safe thing for a white foreigner was the downtown Bordellos (If you're dark skinned or brave there may be a lot more adventure to have in the townships, but I didn't try). These are more or less strip clubs with upstairs rooms. They are advertised in the local paper and sex magazines and tend to open in the late afternoon. Beers are reasonably priced but you are expected to pick a woman and take her (or several) up stairs. STREETWALKERS in MDE: To my knowledge there are three areas for SWs in MDE depending on your mood and bravery:

MAYORISTA is probably the best known and safest streetwalker area for Gringos to go to. It is a market / truck transit area of the city which turns into a redlight district at night. It is basically a block long boulevard of bars, restaurants and cheap hotels. There are tables on the streets and girls both inside and out. Grab a beer, sit down, and watch them pass by. In my experience the girls aren't terribly pushy (unlike the condom and peanut vendors) so you need to flag them if you are interested, but they are there for you. Overall the quality (looks) is not that high -- probably a 5 on average -- but there are some stunners in the group. More likely at night and not as eager to negotiate as the 5's, but they are there if you are a patient fisherman. I think Mayorista is pretty safe: there is a large police presence and everyone knows why they are there. Just stay within the confines and don't be lured out. You can get there by Subway, but if you're a newbie I recommend cabbing it. Every cabbie knows exactly where to drop you. I have not seen TVs or [CodeWord902] in Mayorista, but YMMV.

Otherwise, for SWs there are some around Centro and in the 33rd street area, I was going to look it up, but that'; s not the point of this, right? The first are indigenous local agencies, their women look great in the pictures (if you like a lot of silicone) but I doubt the woman in the picture will show up at your door (despite the high price). Then there are foreigner run agencies catering to guys like me. I did try one of these and liked the girl, but the owner is apparently now in prison in Florida for heinous behavior. Remember that pimping is illegal in Colombia, so I would stay away from pimps, and I think that's what most of these agencies are.

MDE also has strip clubs, but I'll have to save that for another time.

The last few years have been tough for me to monger internationally due to personal and financial reasons. But I have been keeping up with the scene via ISG. I constantly find some of the great old hands who provide so much information to be frustrated and even pissed off about the newbies who ask basic questions. Yes, RTFF, but what they may not realize is it can take 30 pages of reading (plus looking at 30 pages in the photo gallery) to get a good feel for a place and then you have to sort out whether the posts you read are now out of date and irrelevant or perhaps just plain contradictory. And guys are trying to decide whether they should go to Macau or the Philippines or Cambodia or Colombia or a German FKK with their hard earned money and vacation time. I think it's a big help to have a summary, so I'm going to try to write a few and I'm starting with Medellin, Colombia basics. I'll add more detail when I have a chance.

MEDELLIN is a cosmopolitan city in the mountains of Colombia. It has a reputation as a drug capital and being dangerous, but that is largely overblown in present times. Safety wise Medellin requires the same precautions and awareness as any other large city that has a population split between rich and poor. Speaking Spanish and staying reasonably sober go a long way to ensuring your safety in Medellin but they are not absolute requirements.

THE GIRLS are called Paisas. They come in all shapes and sizes but there is a definite European look to many Paisas. Typically dark skin, dark eyes and dark hair (although there can be exceptions to any of those things) you will find more tallish (say 5'6"-5'8"slimmish girls here than in much of Latin America, less of an Indigenous influence nor as much Mulatto, big butt look as you might find on the coast. But there is variety. Most of the P4 P girls seem to be in their 20's (either end) but you can find 18-19 if you look --there may be a few younger but I think it's easy to avoid them if you stay on the beaten track. The higher end the establishment the more prevalent silicone components seem to be: breasts, butts, cheek lifts it's all there and I get the impression most Paisas want it, but can't afford it. So if you stay down market you can have ala natural. If you like plastic, places like Face Dos and Lutron will oblige.

MDE P4 P girls are generally called Prepagos. Literally this means "pre-paid" which I always found funny because the girls I identified (and who seemed to accept the term) as prepagos were always paid afterwards, in fact these are semi-pros who you might find at The Mansion (now M Hotel or something). Or through dating sites or Language classes or if you have game at Parque Lleras, typically they don't quote a price for being with you. You wine them and dine them (if you choose) they come home and perform whatever sex acts they are comfortable with (or you talk them into) and in the morning you hand the 250,000 pesos (amount varies depending on time / act / girl etc). GFE is pretty standard, at least DFK and BBBJ, BBFS MIGHT be available, especially if you repeat or take them on a trip, anal not standard but may be available, YMMV. These Prepagos are my favorite girls in MDE, but they aren't the only option.

At the cheapest end are the Centro (Downtown) massage parlors. These are primarily daytime bordellos with very little message of anything but your Johnson. There are many of them of varying quality and price, but it starts around 20,000 pesos. Typically you enter through an unmarked door (just a number) are seated in a waiting room (may be sold a drink) and then five to ten girls will be briefly paraded before you and introduced (it helps to bring pen and paper to make notes). You select one (or more if you like), pay the cashier for the session and the girl leads you to (most likely) a dark cinder-block room with a thin mattress and a cold water shower. It tends to be a wam-bam thank-you mam session, but CBJ and multiple positions are typically included. Extras such as DFK and BBBJ can often be negotiated for a tip (pay at end). Some may find GFE here, but it's a bit to raw for my taste. That said, there can be some STUNNING looking women working in these clubs.

There are a few other ways to meet women in MDE, but it's late, so I'll have to get to those in Part 2. Just want to start building a library of different countries and hope that those with more current experience will chime in and correct.

My vote would be go to Medellin and stay at the Mansion / Casa Blanca (whatever they call it this week). Easy left coast connection through Panama. Anal not all that common but everything else on your wish list is easy. Of course not speaking Spanish there's going to be a limit to just how GFE it is. All types of bodies in MDE.

Costa Rica is certainly an option, but more the McDonald's experience. So if you want to be with all the tourists that's up to you.

I would NOT go anywhere else in Central America based on what you describe (well, maybe Panama, I've never mongered there). Personally I don't like Mexico. Tijuana is certainly easy to get to, but true GFE is very hard to find there.
