Anyone here have an opinion as to the best places to go as a tall, fit, 31-year-old white guy to just have fun, flirt, play around with non-pro locals? I don't think this is really an accurate statement. $20 is the standard gringo price they will quote you as you walk by, and without a word spoken you can get laid (add $3-5 for the room). Safest place for finding a SW would be Cannes, France they are all over the place.

Most dangerous place is Rio De Janeiro, even the Copacabana can get dangerous. I was there and saw a police station get robbed for its automatic weapons cache in the middle of the day.
