Using the Hilton as standard of "quality hotel", you can stay at a Hilton in Bangkok for $100 USD a night and food / going out cheap plus good escort scenes easy per smooci.com.

Jakarta is same but no escort scene where I can call up reliable agency and don't have to go hunting in bars.

Pretty sad that the whole vibrant scene in Argentina has been ruined by a bunch of Puritans. For now, I'll just refocus to Lima / Bogota / Cartagena / Rio. Those seem like the hottest spots in South America, at least measured by activity on the ISG boards. Tejano Libre does seem to have a great reputation, so if I do end up in Buenos Aires, he'll be the first one I'll contact. Thanks again!

I don't know that it is ruined, the delivery mechanism has changed, as is the case in many other countries.

With Buenos Aires, due to the lack of English, it does present a problem.

Many makes throughout the world are shifting from a "club scene" to an appointment-booking scene. There may be a few Puritans who object to the existence of clubs, but there is also a lot of desired efficiency for the ladies who have less "down-time" prowling the clubs looking for customers.

There are plenty of good sex workers available in Argentina. The issue is finding them. The hot ladies who communicate well in English are charging a significant premium, since there are relatively few of them. The posters who used to contribute heavily to Argentina Private do not seem to be forthcoming with information. Tejano is still an enormous resource at a reasonable cost. I used a different translator / booker years ago, and I think I have lost her contact information, but she was very good.

There are plenty of escorts who advertise online, and those who accept WhatsApp can likely be contacted using Google Translate, but finding good reviews for Buenos Aires escorts has become increasingly difficult.

It isn't really that much easier to get specific reviews of specific escorts in Brazil or Colombia, but the continued existence of places to go where a guy can find a tremendous number of ladies in one place continues to exist in those countries.

I can go up to as cold as 10 degree Celsius maybe even 7, would be very thankful if good mongering destinations are recommended here for me. Would of course do my own reading to the leads given. Pretty much Lisbon, Athens and Barcelona are your best choices.

Madrid is a higher elevation and gets colder than Barcelona. Lisbon and Athens are south of Barcelona from a latitude perspective and perhaps a few degrees warmer, but not by too much.

All three have string mongering scenes in my opinion.

Lisbon has a strong orientation toward whites women, but is somewhat outcall-oriented. A lot of ISG guys seem to prefer incall. You can get incall in Lisbon, but it is perhaps not quite as easy to figure out for tourists as other cities.

Barcelona has relatively inexpensive incall, featuring a combination of local white women (Spaniards are perhaps a little darker skinned than Portuguese) and South Americans. So Newton, a few thoughts for you.

Mark Seoul and Taipei off your list. I was in Seoul last year and for a westerner it is a pussy wasteland. I am super deep on my research but in Seoul I could only come up with a happy ending massage. Really tough venue. Researched Taipei enough to know it's not much better.

Definitely read the Macau thread if you are considering that. My impression is it's gone downhill a lot.

As far as places I've been that I would recommend, I tend to like the club scene where you might party a bit and "try out" various girls before making a selection. So your whole night is 3-5 hours long with one or two hours of that as in-room time. Given that framework:

Sao Paulo Brazil. Best Bang for the buck hands down. Several hours in a nice club and leave with a stunner who is going to give you quite a ride. $200-300. Very high class feel. Like going to a top nightclub (called a Boate) where all the girls want to fuck you.

Bangkok Thailand. Truly the least expensive option amongst these, but hit and miss. Be prepared to have a mix of good and bad experiences. And this has a wild carnival type feel to it, which can be good or bad. And unlike other destinations you dont settle in to one club here. There are hundreds. You might stroll between 3-5 different clubs during your selection time. $100-150.

Frankfurt Germany. Of course the legendary FKK. Still a good value and a ton of fun despite being even better "in the good ole days" $200-$800 depending how many times you want to go to the room! Personally I can't resist going less than 3 times and girls are always coming around so it is hard to just chill.

Moscow Russia The clubs themselves can be on the expensive side for drinks bar fine etc. But the girls are well priced. Great gogo atmosphere and facilities. Imagine a really nice US strip club, but you can take any girl, including dancers, waitresses and bar maids and go do the nasty. Lots of fun. $300-400.

Many other options for incall outcall and brothels at these and all the other destinations you note. But for a complete end to end club and girl experience these are the best I have been to.
