I was at the airport outside baggage checkin and had my bag on the scale for 10 seconds as a bleached 60 yo blondie approach and handed her ID to the porter, trying to cut in front of me. I pointed out I was ahead of her and my bag was already on the scale. In a huff she says "well you are certainly not a gentleman ". Due process never really existed as the media gets more mileage out of the accusations and not much interest in the exonerations. The days when Americans could move on from allegations or recover from bad choices are long gone. Social media facilitates and encourages stalking from vindictive ex-wives, ex-girlfriends, and even casual sex partners. The comedies where all the exes come together to plot revenge on the man who discarded them moving on to a successful career and more desirable wealthy women is now a reality.

Choose the women who you get involved with carefully, as failed relationships or even bad dates can return to haunt you decades in the future. It is no longer enough to avoid the women like "Alex" from the movie Fatal Attraction. Now, any woman can potentially boil your bunny with a mere allegation casting you in a bad light. This means that getting to know someone through one-on-one dating is probably risky. It also means setting a low threshold for bolting at the slightest sign that she may be a shrew.
