Cane, some workplaces realize that sexual harassment is subjective in the sense that the person the behavior is directed at must find it unwelcome or offensive. If the person subject to the behavior welcomes it, then no sexual harassment occurred. This allows attractive people in the workplace to date each other, and eliminate unattractive or unpopular men from the workplace via sexual harassment accusations. Many companies remedy this with an anti-fraternization policy that prohibits dating anyone in the workplace. Interestingly, many women complained that such policies decreased their opportunities to find love. LOL!

Women complain that male bosses treat them differently when they avoid one-on-one meetings, closed-door meetings, evening functions, traveling together, and having lunch together. The reasons women give for those complains are that it prevents them from having access to mentorship and getting to know the boss. LOL! More likely, it prevents them from compromising the boss.

With men increasingly avoiding marriage, which is the biggest source of wealth transfer for women, a new means of accumulating capital from men is necessary. This appears to be the sexual harassment lawsuit. It also serves as a useful way of removing men from high-earning positions without due process. Many states have at-will employment laws that allow employers to fire employees without cause. Therefore, an allegation is sufficient basis for termination of employment rather than risking a lawsuit from the women making the complaint.

Garrison Keillor should have known they were coming for him next after he defended Sen. Al Franken. Knowing that women are on the offensive in the workplace, the last thing he should have been doing was talking to an obviously disgruntled woman and patting her on the back. He pretty much wandered out into that minefield the second he touched her, it did not matter where he touched her.

Keillor did not realize that America is undergoing a feminist revolution much like the French Revolution, and it comes with its own Reign of Terror for men. The ongoing accusations of sexual harassment in the workplace followed by highly publicized sackings of the men accused is terrifying men in well-paid management positions. These men are now walking on eggshells around female employees. Feminists are saying that the bloodbath will result in more women moving into the vacated highly paid positions. Perhaps, they are underestimating the aversion corporations have towards anything that may increase their liability. Their solution may be something that most people would not expect. Artificial intelligence is probably getting more interest from companies now as robots do not sexually harass each other.

Matt Lauer is not going to get any sympathy after he grilled Bill O'Reilly hard and suggested that there must have been substantial evidence against him that led to his firing. Meanwhile, Lauer was summoning female employees to his office, displaying his penis, demanding that they do something with it, and reprimanding them if they did not do something with it. LOL! Unfortunately, American men will continue to suffer self-inflicted wounds until they stop pretending that only bad men want sex, and that they are different asexual men. The truth is that all healthy men experience sexual attraction but some are more disciplined and better than others are at repressing those urges. Interestingly, sexual harassment appears to be more of a problem among wealthy high status males. Perhaps, these men feel like they have earned the right to sex.

Historically, American women are hypergamous and more sexually receptive such wealthy high social status males than to men who do not belong in that category. This may have led to these men expecting women to accept their behavior as it appears that it went on for decades in many cases. What has changed now is the way women and employers are reacting to complaints. In the NBC case, reports said that Matt Lauer always intertwined work and sex. Marriage is un-American. It may sound crazy but it is true. American culture values individualism, personal freedom, privacy, and being the winner. Marriage is all about sacrificing those things and compromising for the good of the team. This an insurmountable challenge for selfish women who believe that it is all about them, especially on their wedding day. The selfishness of the bridezilla is merely a foreboding of worse things to come for the groom. If she does not want or feel in the mood to sex you, then she will not. In first place, why it is so that females are not interested in sex after marriage and start questioning about the fidelity of their husband.

Why women are not sexing you after marriage and questioning your fidelity? Imagine a company hires an employee based on an employment that contract that requires the company to pay that employee a severance package equal to at least half of all its assets and a monthly payment for years after termination of employment. The contract is binding regardless of any fault on the employee's part that led to termination of employment, including failure to perform duties in their job description. The employee may also decide to quit for any reason and receive the same severance package. Under the described circumstances, would you expect the employee to have a high level of job performance and motivation? Think about it, because this is the contract and severance package marriage gives women with the agreement of their husbands.

There are cultural factors that come into play in American marriages. The first one is the fact that many American women see sex in marriage as optional. A husband can beg for sex from his wife but he cannot compel her to provide it. The law protects her right to refusal and punishes husbands who infringe upon it. Furthermore, when a wife withholds sex, society assumes it is because the husband did something wrong. It is acceptable for American women to discipline their husbands by withholding sex as a punishment and providing it as a reward only in return for being a good boy.

American dating and hook-up culture allows young women to sex like rats in their teens and twenties, racking up scores of sex partners. By the time these women decide to settle down and marry, they feel sexed-out because they have seen it all and done it all. They have tried every size, shape, kind, and color of cock that interested them in every possible position and hole. There is nothing new their husbands can show them in regards to sexing, unless it is extremely kinky such as a 5-guy cream pie. Not the same thing. If you can read and write you should be able to do paperwork on your own IMHO. It is the same thing as people going to lawyers trying to get a visa. The lawyer can not do anything that you can not do on your own. I have represented myself on 6 cases and won 5 of them. Won: Divorce (while my wife had a lawyer and I did not), child custody, 2 lawsuits against businesses, and 1 lawsuit when a business was suing me. Lost in traffic court in front of a jury.

Whereas in the old days you had to go to the law library, these days there are too many examples of contracts and other legal documents online that you can follow to save yourself some money.
