I get what you are getting at, but Hollywood is not Apple: It is essentially a "Boys Club" put together by a well connected group of men to ensure that they always have access to gorgeous women. They are not an corporation beholden by HR EOC rules and regs. Women know what the deal is when they choose to pursue this business. No one is forcing them into it. These guys made their own rules; if you want to win as a starlet then you have to play by their game. Or you can freely "take a walk" and go work for Apple.
