I have a university degree in Spanish and have lived in Spanish-speaking countries for ten years, and none of the dominicanas I've fucked were in the DR, since I have never been there and don't plan on going. Not only I am I completely fluent but I can choose among several different styles and accents of Spanish. So toss that theory. Costa Rica is pretty GFE in my opinion, although I fuck more nicas than ticas, actually. I have fucked dominicanas in Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Jamaica, Chile, and (for some strange reason) Belgium. I may even have fucked a few in Costa Rica many years ago, before I came to recognize the accent and was thus able to avoid them. CR has many dominicanas working there, both at the Del Rey (avoid) and on Calle Ocho.

I feel you on having TS clearance. To have a secure place in the PI depends on how much money you got. If you have wads of cash, then get a condominium in the metropolis if it suits you. Another is get a house within a gated community which are all over the country. Those areas are not crime-proof but they greatly reduce your exposure to theft. Instead of hiring a maid, you can hire a guard through a private security company. It is common to see those especially in posh residences.

I suggest to hide valuable stuff (e. G. Computers, HDTVs, appliances) as creatively as possible. Then substitute those appliances when feasible with their cheap local equivalents. Have the thief steal the cheap stuff.

For important documents and cash, you can always rent a safe deposit box at a bank.

There are Hooters girls in Manila you can bang. I've only been to the one in Manila but I did get a phone number. There are millions of other hot girls, hotter than hooters, P4 P and non P4 P, that you can bang in PI, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia for a fraction of what is costs in the USA and these girls are sweet and have tight twats and willing mouths.
