You may follow these steps which will solve yr problem.

1. Get your Pen fully erected. Only then wear the condom.

2. While wearing the condom, leave a little space / air bulge at the front side / tip side. So that any fluid flowing from the Pen will have some free space to get stored. I mean don't fit tightly at the tip.

I forgot to add an extremely important note. If the ring is not a good fit (too tight) it will stop the blood flow completely and that can be dangerous if left on for more than about 20 minutes. If you mean that you are not fully erect while using condoms, you could try a cock ring to constrict the blood flow out from the penis and you will get maximum erection in no time and slipping won't be an issue.
