In the SW United States it costs about $400-600 an hour for an incall. When I look at escorts in Europe like Milan and Istanbul, they only charge $100-250 an hour and they are all perfect 10's.

Your analysis, in my experience, is fatally flawed. It would work for CocaCola or some such standard, generic product though, even there the perception CocaCola is selling is not the same.
