Clearly, people have different perceptions of risk.

    Worried a little

Most mongers to the Philippines are kinda past their use by dates anyway. So your question is rather academic. A few less sex pests is probably a good thing. Hahaha.

Not sure about Mdemde, but if you are in the habit of raw-dogging, get cut.

All the same she wanted support. I deleted her.
Was the "procedure" a result of your previous MO failing?

Nobody thinks about casual one night BB pregnancy. You will not even hear about it unless you are in touch with her.

I never keep in touch with one night girls via barfine.
Filipinas and the pill are not a good combination. When I have put them on the BC pill I have used extra quickly working types and given them some extra pills after I have finished with them. No problems. I've had only one girl bugging me about having become pregnant by me. I reminded her I actually used rubbers with her and she couldn't be preggy from me. She just casually replied "OK" and continued the conversation. It's mostly just a shit test.

    Delay spray for guys

Not sure if its the right channel but would like to ask about side effects related to the use of delay spray on penis. Been using it quite a long time especially while visiting massage parlours. Lately I noted some skin irritation in the inside skin, sort of white lines / circles. I am experiencing no pain or discomfort but its irritating me. Not sure if to visit a dermatologist but I'm already using Canesten cream. I googled plenty and 2nd thought is yeast but again it never happened before.

So all skin to skin diseases such as warts, herpes, HPV etc. Are not a problem anymore.

Any other ideas you guys have?

HPV is another way of saying warts. That is it. It is a skin condition. Yes, a few strains of it can cause "cancer" which is another term I hate because cervical "cancer" is very slow growing and close to 100% curable. In fact, a lot of times when you mention cancer, people think instant death when in most cases, that is hardly the case. Pancreatic cancer and lung cancer are typically death sentences and cervical cancer is typically not.

Everyone thinks condoms prevent all these diseases, and they don't. Meanwhile, the allergy from the latex in condoms can itself cause instant death.

If you are concerned about HPV, the best think you can do is use good hygiene. I went out and got the Gardasil vaccine which probably was over kill but if you are concerned about spreading HPV, particularly the ones that do cause cancer, it is something you might want to look into.

Most cases of HPV in both men and women are gotten rid of by the body's own immune system over time.
Elvis, thanks for weighing in. Good suggestion about the Gardasil vaccine. However, I am less concerned about spreading HPV than I am about the unsightly warts on my dick!

    Pleasure Master,

You bring up a very tricky topic. My understanding is that while Herpes is very well understood, HPV has proven to be more complicated and more poorly understood. In women, the risk of cervical cancer is significant enough to warrant testing and vaccination at a young age. However, the risk in men seems to carry a less straightforward position. As a man, if you contract HPV, that's it. You have it. You carry the virus. And since there is no known cure for the virus, the question then becomes what is the risk that you can pass the virus to another partner? The no-brainer is certainly to engage in safe sex going forward by using a condom. But it's not that simple. If you should have unprotected sex (no condom), your partner (s) is definitely at risk in contracting the virus from you. As I think Houston Player player pointed out, HPV in men usually takes care of itself and goes away, I am sure he is referring to visible symptoms such as genital warts. In which case, you don't even need to have penetration to pass the disease. Skin to skin contact is enough to infect another partner if you have genital warts on your abdomen for example. And if you have genital warts near your anus, then a partner who engages in performing "rimming" on you is definitely at risk from contracting HVP.

Again, this only my understanding of the issue. I am not a doctor and by no means an expert so if anyone has any better information on this topic, please do chime in. HVP should not be taken too lightly. Especially in you enjoy having sex with younger women (who doesn't? I don't mean to be an alarmist, but HVP is becoming the most common STD out there. Be safe out there.
