If you're looking for cheap, you're propably best off in Asia, except Japan I guess.

If you want to go to Europe, I recommend Germany, because there's propably the biggest variety there. Sex laws are relaxed, compared to some other European countries, and prostitution is legal from the age of 18; from single service to gangbang- and groupsex-orgies almost everything is available at almost any price and quality. Including everything under the sun from bareback groupsex including anal to GF6, from DFK and CIM with swallowing to pissing and shitting on the woman before rubber-gangfucking her after she got cleaned up with a garden hose.

Lodging is also available in any pricerange, depending on where you want to stay. Travel expenses are high, due to the prohibitively high gas prices. Like you could guess from title I have spent my most enjoyable vacations in Thailand and Philippines. Can you recommend similar experience put in loose sense in South America region? South America, Middle America, Caribbean including Cuba. I do not poses Spanish or other language skills in that area and I am relatively comfort, safety and budget oriented middle-aged guy = not a backpacker.

Does anyone have names of hotels, or pusadas in Bogota or Cartegena that are clean, quiet, girl friendly (no extra charge to bring in a lady) and don't cost a lot of money? I am looking at going in late Nov 2011 and staying through till Jan 6, 2011. My dates are somewhat flexable.

$5 (up from $3) international debit card fee.

+ whatever ($) the local bank charges you to use their machine.

Three the hard way. Read'them and weep.

From now on my debit card is for "emergency" situations only.
