Have you tried Levitra?

Yes I used Levitra exclusively before I started traveling internationally. I liked it better than Viagra back then (10+ years ago). But I switched to generic sildenafil because it's so easy to buy OTC in many countries. Even in Medellin I have not been able to find generic Levitra (vardenafil). Please provide details if you know a pharmacy that sells the generic because they want like 150 mil for 4 pills of Levitra. I've never used Levitra for more than a couple days consecutively so no idea if it would solve my rash problem with many days of continuous use.

Yeah that would suck if it stayed. For me I agree I get morning wood easier but since that is more biology produced than arousal produced I find that if I pee then the wood subsides. Just have to resist the urge to Jack that wood!

The other nice thing about Cialis is you don't have to worry timing as much. With Viagra I always felt my best sex was in a 3 HR window if taking it. With Cialis I don't have to time it as much. I'll try Cialis on my next trip which will be later this month after going home for a couple weeks. The rash always clears up after four or five days at home while of course not taking any more sildenafil.

Really should prob be using Cialis. It's made to be used daily. My telemedicine doc (I recommend Lenonaid) prescribed 10 MG daily but I only take it when actively with girls. Supposedly it lasts 3 days but I take daily when w my girls. I have less flushing with Cialis. In fact other than getting hard I have zero side effects. I prefer it and it seems a better choice for daily use.

First let me admit I haven't done any reading on this forum so wouldn't know if this has been discussed already. Generic slldenafil works magic for me. I have nothing without it and I'm like a teenager with it. Thank you Pfizer for accidentally inventing this life changing medication. My basic question is what quantity of milligrams is recommended for someone taking sildenafil every single day? I was taking 50 MG every day but after a couple weeks I always broke out in a sort of a weird rash on my torso mostly on the front but a few bumps on my back too. This month I started using the drug again Jan 7 after arriving in Medellin Colombia and decided to cut the 100 MG pills into thirds so appx 35 MG per dose. I made it longer than three weeks before the rash appeared again. So now I'm down to 25 MG per day. The effectiveness hasn't been affected with the smaller doses as it still gives me teenager wood. Should I be taking even smaller doses when I'm taking it every single day? Or any other ideas? Has this rash problem been reported by other users? Thanks for any info.

A rash is certainly a possible side effect for vitamin V. Whether it is your case or not is not certain.

With all meds you do not take the most and then ratchet it down!

You start low and then increase to a desirable level.

I started with 25 MG years ago which was perfect. Made me harder than ever in my whole life. Over the years I had to increase the dosage to 100 MG present day. 12-14 hours of effectiveness. Desired effects in about an hour.

Side effects for me are slight headaches and heartburn. The heartburn causes acid reflux. Therefore I usually take it around 11 am, before lunch and no greasy foods. Start having a girl around 1 pm for the first round. 2nd and 3rd rounds late afternoon and evening. I do 2 days on and 1 day off.

I found using the sildenafil an hour before sex much more effective for me. But I have sex daily so am taking the drug every single day. I don't ejaculate daily but I have intercourse daily.

I'm not a doc, just a patient! I've been on the daily 5 MG dose of generic Cialis (Tadalafil) since my prostate cancer surgery in October 2020. The surgeon was able to save the nerves when he robotically removed the prostate, so my orgasms are as strong as ever -- just dry. He said to double up on those days when I expect to engage in adult activities and skip the next day. It helps somewhat. But, after 15 months, I still can't get hard enough for sex. Again, because I still have the nerves, HJs and BJs produce an orgasm. Ladies I've been with understand. I try to have intercourse but wind up getting them off orally. The doc also wrote me a prescription for 100 MG sildenafil. The pills I bought over the counter in Europe worked like a charm. 50 MG was plenty and I would take one 30-45 minutes before a session. Since my surgery, it has had no effect, even at full strength. The doc also prescribed a penis pump. He told me to use it daily to stimulate blood flow. I've had it about a month. It's helped somewhat, but I still have a long way to go. All of the cancer came out with the prostate, so I really have no complaints. If I have to go through my golden years with BJs and DATY, that's a small price considering the alternative.

In your case, I'm not sure that sildenafil is generally prescribed as a daily "maintenance drug". (I could be wrong on that point.) That may be your problem. I couldn't find anything on WebMD on the subject. Also, depending upon how and from whom you bought your sildenafil, that may not be all that's in the pills. I'd suggest taking it as advertised. Right before sex. Rather than daily and see if you have the same side effects.

Xxx. That all sounds about right. I can speak to an empty stomach helping. Also plenty of water. Less sugar and salt and such seems to help.

The GFE is a huge help. Or even just a cooperative girl. I've started discussing up front what I want. Then tell them I need to stay in motion and not stop to communicate much.

Does anyone have any experience with how long Viagra is effective after expiration date?

Ok here is the way it works. Companies making a drug have a "leeway" in the amount in a tablet / capsule. So, for example, a 100 MG tablet (most drugs), the company is allowed 90-110 MG in that tablet (approximately, sometimes it is 95-105 MG). As long as the drug meets those standards, the FDA will allow it to be sold to a pharmacy (yes, companies have to follow the rules, the FDA does not check every batch, but checks at random and if they "cheat" they get fined and have to recall the lot of drug). So, if the potency of the drug drops below a certain level, that is the "expiration date". Companies do extensive testing to find how long a tablet will keep its potency and expiration dates are based on those studies.

Now, that does not mean that when the expiration date comes around that the potency has dropped to below acceptable levels. Companies generally allow about 6 months of time before real expiration. For example if a tablet has an expiration date of May 2022, in face, the acceptable potency in that tablet is really about 6 months longer (Nov 2022). In addition, even after that 6 months, the tablet still has active drug, just not enough to meet the potency requirements. Of course, some of this is how the patient stores the drug. If it is kept in a hot / humid bathroom, potency may drop faster.

So, at least 6 months after the expiration is a good estimate for reliable potency, but the tablet will still have active drug for some time, hard to know how fast it will drop off after that 6 months past expiration.

Sadly in my career, have had to do many of these types of studies, they are boring to do hahahaha.
