I have been in same situation recently. Your symptoms suggest anxiety or discomfort at least. I visited Andrologist who advised Vigomax Forte (Charak) tabs daily to manage emotions and moods. I would have said get dapoxtine + sildenafil aka super kamagra or super pforce (Thai) on empty stomach. But since you are getting night erection it could be psychological or anxiety related. Best option is to consult a specialist doctor, still if you want to try then experiment with Withania Somnifera (Ashwagandha) .

Apologies if this has been asked before, but in which countries is it possible to get 'guaranteed' real Kamagra gel without a prescription? Same same here at 52 years. Viagra works for keeping everything hard but doesn't help with ejaculation. SOmetimes I do it by hand on the girls stomach.
