Following questions on the forum, I tried the various combinations. MY summary below.

- Cialis (Generic 10mg) + Viagra (Generic 25mg) : Took C in the AM on empty stomach. Had effect in about an hour. In the afternoon. 2 hours after light meal, took 25mg V on top. Didn't notice any side effects. Luckily I don't get much with either. An hour after the taking V, I could notice effect of V in terms of quicker Hard on. But combo was nothing to rave about. As others reported, no significant difference. Seems like waste of money combining the two. Maybe bigger doses may get better, but I get reasonable results with individuals at this dose.

- Viagra sublingually 25mg+25mg : I took 25mg regular tablet and put it under the tongue to dissolve. This was after light breakfast. Taste is not the best but not very bad. As the tablet dissolved, I was swallowing the spit and suspect some of it went to stomach. Not sure how much went sublingually. So I took another 25mg (5 min later) and tried to keep in under tongue longer. Effect came on in 30 mins. Overall performance same as taking 50mg on empty stomach.

- Viagra sublingually 25mg (Second try) : Wanted to try again so took 25mg under the tongue and kept it longer to let it absorb. This was after meal (not very high fat though). Curiously, the viagra never showed any effect at all. Not sure what happened.

Its hard to tell how much goes through lining of mouth directly vs makes it way to stomach. Would appreciate comments from those who have tried sublingually on what I may have done wrong.

Also, generic4all site is down apparently out of business.

As for ordering on the internet and shipping to Europe, in my experience as long as it's not France, Germany, Holland, Italy, or Sweden, customs is not an issue. For those few countries though, you can expect for your shipment to be lost to customs. Our group of mongers flies to Prague often (in addition to our circuit in Asia) with little trips around Europe. You can order ED pills and have them shipped to your hotel to wait for your arrival even. UK customs is totally relaxed, it's like no one is home as long as you aren't trying to ship more than 500 tablets. I usually only order 100 tablets at a time myself from a few different India online pharmacies and have never had any customs issues for CZ, UK, USA, Australia, Thailand, Hong Kong, Russia, Brazil, and Argentina, and these were all multiple trips over the past few years. For side trips into the 'strict' customs countries, I usually just hand carry small amount of pills for personal use.

Mandrake. Thanks for the useful info. What dosage of jelly or softtab do you take. I read on internet that through mouth more medicine is absorbed. So If I take 50mg by swallowing, should I try less with jelly or softabs. What brand Jelly do you use or find effective?

Camieleke. I ordered from generic4all, they may not be best price but are reliable and quick (they have a internet coupon code for 12% if you search). In US and Jelly / Softtabs are not available by prescription.

Ok, but I think when ordering it via internet it can bring some problems by sending it to Europe. (customs.) What is often the problem with tablets. Is it the same for jelly or chewable viagra?

I need to go at the end of the month to Taiwan and in December to China, are they available to buy in a pharmacy or?

In my own experience, the absorption rate is faster, but that shouldn't change the dosage you require. I prefer to take the whole sachet of Kamagra oral jelly (100 mg) at one time, as I don't think saving the other half for later is very hygienic. I pay about $3.50 per sachet if I'm ordering 10 or about $1.80 a sachet if I order 60 or so, including shipping. That said, I find it much more convenient to carry around chewable sildenafil (Sildigra chewables for example) tablets. The shelf life is much longer and also you're less likely to have a sachet break and make a mess of your wallet, bag, or briefcase.

I belive the idear behind the soft tabs and the oral jelly is that the aktive drug is to be absorbed in the mouth and not in the stomach thats why they work so fast.

So for me they work a lot better on a full stomach compared to the normal ones you swallow.

I have always let the oral jelly dissolve in my mouth for a couple of minutes and then Í drink some water to get rid of the bad taste.

Anyway, your question was about the soft tabs, there are different brands and I have only tried Kamagras, it is 4 100 mg pills with 4 kinds of fruit taste and the back of the packet is white.

I grind the pills into a powder with my teeth and let it slowly dissolve with my saliva for about 3 minuttes and then drink a glass of water.

That method works for me and I am ready in about 15 mins, however my experience is that sometimes I get a headache and I get restless (like if you are overtired or has drank a lot of coffee)

I usually take only a half, and to be honest they are not my favorites. But I also know so guys who swear by these chewable sticks of dynamite.

I will be there soon and never been before. If I get a mexican prescription can I bring it into the US. Should I get the 100mg or the 50mg dose I'm late 30's. Any idea of costs? I speak spanish so I can get around in Tijuana.

Get the 100 because you can split it and start off with 50 to see how it works. Doc gave me that advice because the full 100 can give some guys a headache. So start at a lower dose. Unsure of costs, though.

Has anyone have any experience combing lower doses of cialis with viagra. Say 5mg or 10mg Cialis with 25mg viagra.

Not much turns up searching on internet, except standard medical advice not to do it (probably based on exceeding max does of each?). I did find a couple of forums where some have mentioned combining them with benefit.

Would be interested in opinions.
