First off, let's talk evidence. Sildenafil has been shown to produce immunomodulatory effects (J Immunol Res 2017; doi: 10.1155/2017/4541958) that are positive, not negative.

Next, there is data on the use of sildenafil to treat heart failure (Congest Heart Fail 2009 doi: 10.1111/ j. 1751-7133.2008. 00026. X).

Sildenafil is used in treating pulmonary hypertension (high blood pressure in the arteries / veins that bring blood from the heart to the lungs and out of the lungs), in fact there is a version of Viagara that goes by a different brand name specifically for this use.

All drugs have side effects, however, there is NO data that if men without ED use drugs like viagra, that it is harmful in the way that he describes it being harmful.

I would urge all readers of this forum to proceed with caution about any of the information that Monger for sex has written about drugs, STIs, etc. Let's see the evidence for some of your outrageous statements that you have posted here on ISG. I'd say about 95% are either your opinion or cannot be backed up by scientific literature.

Viagra is harmful, why use viagra when you are healthy, there is no proof viagra is good for heart. Viagra can affect some immune responses. If you have erectile dysfunction, it's ok to use viagra but today most people using viagra don't have erectile dysfunction. There are many side effects when using viagra. Keep having sex but if you can't have sex, just masturbate to maintain the good health of your male organs. Sex and masturbation are like every sport (jogging, walking, etc), if there is no practice, the organs become less functional.

I find Cialis to be far better than Viagra. Never got headaches with V, but did tend to get hot flushes alot, girls used to aske me why I was so red. I tend to pop half a tab of Cialis each day I am with a girl and it is more than good enough to top everything up for the night and the morning after.
