    I was in Buenos Aires recently, by myself, purely for the mongering :-)

    After the first couple of days, I felt myself flagging and picked up some Cialis in the local pharmacy, for 4 GBP per tablet!

    I have been trying some of the herbal Viagra and it seems to have some positive effect over a period of time but nothing like the fast acting V. My problem with V is it takes so long to get off when I am using it that sometimes when having sex I just lose interest in the act and still have a erection.

    Also forgot to mention an idea for boosting sex drive and desire. There's a diet and exercise program that naturally helps a man produce more of his own natural testosterone.     This is a pretty delayed response to Vazooli about L-arginine. Its technically an amino acid, which is a building block for protein. It occurs naturally in food, but it easily breaks down with time and processing so we probably get less in our diets than we should.

    Its worked for me. Not nearly as dramatically as V, but it can give a noticeable boost. But you can find it cheaper than what you're paying at Walgreens, unless the Walgreens product you mention, Vas-rect (sp?) also has other ingredients. But I find the L-arginine helps me just fine on its own.

    I saw a dosing recommendation that I've been following and it works great for me. I read to not take a large amount, and not everyday, to keep a maintenance level in your body. I'm about 140 lbs and what works for me is to take about 500-750 mg, about 4-5 times per week. The, about 45 min to an hour before sex, I spike a large dose of about 2g-3g.

    I find that taking it in conjunction with a regimen of gingko biloba and eleuthro (siberian ginseng) can help the L-arginine be more effective. For those last two, just take the recommended dose indicated on the package.

    Also, L-arginine can be gotten much cheaper if you go to a store that specializes in supplements (GNC or an independent alternative). You can even buy it real cheap as a loose powder and either pack it into empty capsules or mix it in with some fruit juice or something. It doesn't really have much of a taste and its not terrible to chug it down.

    I have nothing against V or C, but for myself I'm trying to hold off on needing either one for as long as I can and am always exploring natural means.

    I've also had some luck with Yohimbe, but the side effects can be pretty nasty. I like taking it in a herbal tincture. On a full stomach about 1 hour before I go to bed. For the next day and a half its much easier to achieve an erection when I begin to get aroused.

    Its often referred to as "herbal viagra". If you take enough of it to have an effect that's as strong and dramatic as viagra then it will probably also have some of the side effects. But if you take a gentler form at the right dosage (which can only be ascertained from experimentation by each individual) you can have a pretty decent boost without any side effects.

    I've used both cialis and viagra with different brands/sources. I prefer viagra because it gives me instant rock hard wood within 1-2hours and it last 4-5hours. Cialis works weird for me.
