I bought 10 20 mg pills of Cialis 2 months ago. I started out using a pill cutter to take 5 mg doses daily. I tried it out at Campo Alegre. My first night I was able to have 3 orgasms, which is a lot for me. The remaining nights I had great difficulty having orgasms; the chica I was with started thinking I was not into her. I lasted the entire half hour without coming, this was with almost continuous thrusting. Rather than pay more right then, I stopped and went with her again later on. I have a comment about L-arginine. I read about that product and what I understood was completely different from what someone recently posted. The biochemical pathway for us men to get erections, and lose them afterward, is very complex involving dozens of proteins, amino acids, and other chemicals. Nitrogen is an important part of that process as it is a component of 6 or 7 of the chemical compounds involved. Nitric oxide (NO), L-arginine, amyl nitrite, are 3 of them. I believe NO is the chemical that dilates the arteries causing the penis tissue to fill with blood which results in an erection. Amyl nitrite is a chemical that the body uses to make NO. L-arginine is a chemical that the bodies uses to store nitrogen, and then uses it to make other chemical compounds from which amyl nitrite is made. Taking L-arginine in large amounts will not affect one's erection for several days. And even then the impact will be marginal unless you were already deficient in that chemical.

Also, V,C, and L, do NOT work through L-arginine or NO. The work on the "lose the erection" side of the issue. To maintain our erections we have to continually produce NO because there are chemicals reacting with NO to remove it from our blood and tissues. When the rate of creation of NO exceeds the rate of "uncreating" it, we get erections, when the reverse is true, we lose erections. C, V, and L, all work by blocking the chemical that removes NO so that, AFTER STIMULATION, an excess of NO builds up and the erection maintains itself.

I just wanted to add this portion of an article in the New England
Journal of Medicine that concludes that L-arginine brings about
a release of nitric oxide.

We all know that Viagra, L and Cialis bring about penal erections by also increasing release of nitric oxide.

Viagra is prescription, L-argenine is OTC, yet it brings about the same reaction; I have found that coupling L-arginine with Viagra enables one to significantly cut the dosage of viagra, and for some to totally use only the L-arginine.
