However, since this is my first time using this product.
Can Anyone brief on how to use it safelly.
I bought the 50mg, should i cut in half (25mg) for starter?
Anyone who have use the V from the company have any problem?

Guys, I would point out that I am very sure that I am the exception rather than the rule in terms of my problem with Viagra, nor can I definitively say that it caused the heart attack. Evidence points to it and my cariologist, who is the only one I told about it agrees, but remember that I just happened to have certain conditions that made the normally safe and beneficial effects not safe. Until and if you know that you have similar problems ( have a physical and when the doc does the blood work for the usual cholesteral and stuff, ask him to check Homosystein (sp?) and particularly C Reactive Protein levels which can both be indicators of higher liklihood of an artery plaque rupture occurring. If you have this condition as I did, although your overall health and cholesteral etc are good, you can be a heart attack out of the blue candidate and in this situation, Viagra can act as a catalyst.

Point taken, but I suspect Viagra has saved more lives than the opposite because it is known to lower blood pressure ever so slightly. High blood pressure (hypertension) is the killer, not low blood pressure, though the latter is unpleasant.

The side-effects I've had consistently are headaches. Lowering the dose (50 mg instead of 100 mg) has helped, as well as drinking alcohol moderately (one or two pints of beer). Taking one prescription-free painkiller as a matter of course is also a good idea.

Can't make omelettes without breaking eggs.

Good point in general, though I'd make some distinctions here, particularly on counterfeits. Silagra and Penagra are exact copies of Viagra manufactured in India using different manufacturing efforts, so as not to violate Indian copyright law, and as long as you're getting clearly labelled and sealed pills of these kinds you should still be fine. No question there are lots of other counterfeits around, but an awful lot of them look exactly like the blue pills, so it's best to make sure you buy them in original packaging as opposed to in bulk. And while people do keep dying of various causes, there's little question that for some people Viagra can cause heart stress and thereby problems, as increased heart activity is definitely one of the long-reported side-effects, and reports of heart failure have consistently been reported since Viagra's release. Not to mention the fact that heart attacks during coitus are not uncommon in older men in any event.

Two things should be borne in mind:

1) Viagra counterfeits are big business worldwide, so don't dismiss Viagra before you've tried the real one (i.e. get a prescription from your doctor and buy it from your local chemist's!). I'm for buying generic, cheaper drugs whenever the occasion arises, only I don't do so with Viagra.

2) Deaths while under Viagra are common because Viagra typically works for several hours after the pill is taken. During all this time, people don't stop dying from various causes. If this were the case, Viagra would be a life-prolonging medication and people could become immortal by taking one Viagra dose after another.

B69, I did not notice any side effects other than the brief headache. I felt perfectly normal the next day. Tired maybe, but I attributed that to staying up all night fucking and only getting a few hours' sleep. I did not feel flushed for very long at all. I did not notice a rapid heartbeat. I did take 50 mg. after the initial experiment. I was aware that it does no good as far as CREATING arousal but I am fortunately or unfortunately constantly aroused so that is not an issue.

The day I notice a rapid heartbeat is the day I resolve not to take it any more. Maybe one factor is that I have a very low resting pulse, about 60, from years of regular aerobic exercise. Oftentimes after sex (disregarding Viagra) I am sweating so much and breathing so hard and panting so much that the woman is worried and I actually thought I was sweating and panting LESS the nights I used the V. No idea why that might be.

Concerning Viagra, It works great on me. Better with 50mg than 25. It depends how aroused I am. I also take it on an empty stomach (at least 3 hours after a meal) to have quicker and more powerful assimilation into my system.

I will say that it works on the plumbing, enabling erections. But it won´t do a thing if desire does not follow, that is, if we are not aroused.
I feel all the consequences though. Flushing in the face. High sensitivity to light. The next day when I wake up, I feel very tired/drowsy, and find it hard to breathe.

The most serious or preocupying part of taking vitamin V is the impact on my heart rate. I indeed fell my heart beat increase quite a bit and so I can understand the near death experience faced recentlly by a forum member.
To counteract this, I take Valerian, a plant that regulates the heart rate at the same time I take Vitamin V. I believe it works (to a certain extent). Valerian is totally legal and sold everywhere

Has anyone else tried this combination?

Tried Viagra for the first time down in Buenos Aires. Never have had a problem getting it up but the second time is kinda up and down when condoms are involved.

Based on board advice, I took half a pill the first time (half a 50 mg pill) and it did not do anything noticeable even though I took the other half when I wasn't noticing anything. The other three times I took the whole pill and definitely noticed it was easier to get it up, harder to get it off, and I stayed hard even after I cam.

Now I just read Trashman's post and it scares me. I am also in good shape, excellent really, and no history of heart disease. I just got a little flushed feeling and bit a of a headache initially after taking it, normally gone by the time the girl arrived.

I think maybe anyone who is going to take it should have a complete physical first.

Purchased Viagra 4/5 times in Tijuana and it didn't work. I perchased Vidrin online here in the U.S. and used it with sucess. I am suspicious that the Viagra might have been counterfeit. It also is no great bargain, as you've pointed out.

Thank you for this valuable info. It confirms my suspicions that the Viagra was very possibly a contributor to my heart attack. In my case, I did not fit the profile of the typical heart attack victim in that I am not overweight, don't smoke, have very low cholesteral, don't have family history, etc etc. The heart attack in my case was not caused by plaque build up in the blood vessels, but rather a big blood clot in not one but two or more arteries of the heart which caused immediate 100% blockage in those vessels which caused a very rapid onslaught of all the classic symptoms at once including extreme shortness of breath, high chest pain, massive sweats, and extreme pain in not one but both arms. I damn near died before I got to the hospital and they unblocked the arteries. As it turns out they only unblocked one that day and went back in 4 days later to unblock the other one. because the unblocking of the first one was so difficult during which I actually went into full cardiac and respiratory arrest and died on the table for a period exceeding 10 minutes to be revived only after over a half dozen shock treatments to restart the heart. I came to as they were bag breathing me and ready to cease revival efforts!
The blood clots were so pervasive and large in the cardiac arteries that they had great difficulty clearing them using a combination of clot buster drugs and physical intervention by way of running a wire from my groin through the femoral artery up into the heart and using angioplasty baloons to move the clots. Even after the baloon was inflated and then removed the clot wouldn't break loose and continued to form and stay in place. The cardiologist said later that he had never seen anything quite like it and was sweating bullets.

That's why I mentioned all this here to warn others that Viagre CAN be dangerous. I'm not saying it is only can be so use with caution and perhaps cut the dosage. As it was, I will freely admit that I was using it recreationally and that was probably stupid, but I hear of lots of guys doing so.

First off let me say this... I'm not a doctor, nor do I have any special medical knowledge. Do not take any part of this message as advice! I am simply sharing my experience.

I tried Silagra (generic viagra) today. I picked it up from http://www.generics-online-pharmacy.com ...the total with shipping for 16 100mg tabs was $40-something. It took about 3 weeks to arrive.

My stats: 34 years old, 185lbs, decent physical shape. About a year ago I noticed my stamina was decreasing so when I heard about this cheap V alternative, I thought what the hell, let's give it a try. Ol' Petey is pretty quick these days to assume half-mass if there's a break in the action. Petey also likes longer naps between outings than he used to and is quick to go into hiding when the action is over (erection gone almost instantly). Without viagra I'm probably good for 3 shots in 2 hours on a decent night. I might be able to go one or two more but it would be a major undertaking and would be more work than fun.

I cut a 100mg tab into quarters and took 1 quarter. In theory I took about 25mg. This is assuming the active ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the tablet, which the support at the website assured me of.

about 1 hour later I started to feel flushed in the face. I recognized this as one of the side effects and knew the fun was about to begin. I'll spare you all the details of the testing phase.
