I got into an argument with a friend over Viagra, so I have to ask: Will maintain an erection longer? I say that if someone premature ejaculates, then Viagra will not slow that down, but it will give another erection or maintain the the current one. My friend was arguing that it will slow orgasms for a man. Any answers are welcome! I gotta shut him up, and I hope I am right....

A word of caution for those using Viagra and especially those thinking about it. While I am absolutely certain that for the vast majority it's relatively safe, I had an experience that warrants sharing here.

I had gotten a bit complacent about fucking my wife over the last several years when prior to that I was ten hut all the time and we often had sex at least every day.

Since a change in my professional life had dictated a lot of travel I had not had to do before, I suddenly found myself in lots of hotel rooms in strange cities with no one watching me. So naturally curious I started to experiment with strip clubs, then massage parlors, finally escorts and I was off to the races. Man oh man what I had been missing for 20 years!

Well, the wife noticed a diminished interest in banging her ( she's 45 and gettin' fat and has a real mean streak in her ) so she sends me to the doctor who prescribes viagra. Says sometimes as you guys get a little older ( I'm 50 ) you need a little jumpstart, try these. Whoa Nelly! Now I didn't experience 4 hour fuckathons with my wife necessarily, but they did work pretty well so she got what she wanted and I found them to be lots of fun fucking hookers!

Now I hadn't taken very many, but decided to visit a girl I had seen before once along with another girl for a 2 for 1. I stopped at my bar for a couple shots before my appointed time as per usual and while there washed down a Viagra with Tequila all on an empty stomach. Real smart!

Anyway, to make a long story short, I went and did these two girls and it was way wild let me tell you, but when we were done, I found that I was having a lot of trouble catching my breath and my head was sweating uncontrollably. I managed to get dressedeven though I had to stop and get rest several times. I tried a cold washcloth and drinking icewater but nothing helped.
I managed to stagger down the elevator to the street and walk 3 blocks to my parked car. Again I had to stop several times and sit and rest and by the time I reached my car, I had a sharp pain in the middle of my chest, I could barely breath, and was drenched in sweat. I contemplated going into a fire house I had to pass on the way, but rejected that idea. Now in the car, all I could think of was get home...fast! Plus, I remembered that I had told my wife that I was going one place and had gone quite another and explaining what I was doing over there was not something I wanted to do, believe me. So, I drove and as I drove the pain and symptoms just got worse and worse until I was in agony and desperately trying to at least get near home in order to get help as well as cover my tracks. Then the pain shot down my arm and in a flash I knew exactly what was happening to me but still couldn't believe it. I was having a fuckin' heart attack!
In the end, I did make it home, staggered in the house, freaked out my wife who drove me to the hospital ( two minutes away thank God ) and they rushed me to surgery, during which I went into full cardiac and respiratory arrest and literally died on the table. I later discovered that it took them 10 minutes to revive me with electroshock and they were so convinced that I had had it that they sent someone out to tell my wife that it looked bad and that it was likely I was not going to make it. Fooled 'em all!
Anyway, the damage was done and I lost 50% of my heart hat day and I fully believe that although the Viagra didn't directly cause it, that it was a major contributor. So, be cautious guys, especially you older ones, them young girls will fuck you to death.

Hey everyone, I've never done the viagra yet (not needed yet, though curious about having a 3 or 4 hour boner for whomever's getting it), but has anyone ever heard of SPONTANE-E-S . I work at the post office and we have this stuff coming through here the last couple weeks. They are blue pills and the letters they're in claim that they have same effects or similar to viagra. Anyone know?

Viagra worked for me, as for most people, but it's nice to try out new things, so I got my medical man to give me a prescription for Uprima.

It didn't work at all. No effect on the brain, no effect on "erectile function". It may have worked without my noticing it, but I have no use for drugs the effect of which I don't notice, so I've crossed out Uprima from my shopping list.

There are other Viagra clones awaiting marketing approval though, and I'm looking forward to experimenting with those.

Vasomax was withdrawn in the US and Europe shortly after it came out, but it is for sale in Brazil ("mesilato de fentolamina"). Could be available in Mexico too, from what I've heard.

the viagra bought from www.generics-online-pharmacy.com is as good as the original viagra but so much cheaper, about 1/4 of the price. 16 tabl of 100 mg sildenafil is just 38$, and as ½ tabl is enough it is just slightly more than 1$. My sexlife has never been better since viagra come, although I don't suffer from erectile dysfunction but without viagra I am not superlover...

I've tried Viagra once as it was given to me from a sample pack.
I was fortunate to have it on hand as I had been drinking quite a bit with a girlfriend and her friend at a hockey game.
On the way home, it was very apparent that I was going to get my 3-some fantasy fulfilled. Normally for me, a heavy alcohol intake and sex don't mix well. To make a long story short, I came 4 times. To put this in perspective, I'm 42 and have been in a steady relationship for about 11 years. I have a pretty active sex life and usually get it about 3 to 5 times per week. Usually one or two orgasms is good for me and her so I was pretty impressed by the time I came the fourth time. Since nobody's posted yet a first-hand report on Uprima, I might as well be the first.

While in Koh Samui this month I picked up some Uprima, the Viagra alternative made by Abbot. This is the stuff you place under your tongue and let dissolve. It comes in 2 and 3 milligram sizes, (I used the latter) and it's got different ingredients and works differently than does Viagra, in that Uprima is supposed to stimulate the hypothalamus in the brain for erections as opposed to Viagra's affectation of blood vessels. Supposedly, it easier on the system, including the heart, which should cut down on the amounts of coitus interruptus via cardiac arrest. I picked up and used a packet of 4 tablets, with the price being in the same general range as Viagra, perhaps slightly higher.

My experience was mixed, and I'll confess I've no idea whether it's because the stuff just didn't do it for me or whether I didn't take it properly, but I lean toward the former, as I read and followed the directions pretty carefully. Basically I noticed only a slight difference, not lasting anywhere near as long as a minor dose of Viagra, and in two cases I noticed no difference at all. My sense after reading the various literature and trying Uprima is that it's aimed at a different issue -- those who have trouble getting erections in the first place as opposed to those who have no trouble getting but are unable to satisfactorily maintain them. As I don't at all have the first problem, this wasn't the optimal solution for me.

re:Prokofiev. I concur with Joe, there is truly no reason for you to take Viagra if you have no problem to maintain erection. My personal experience is, sex w/ Viagra is not as good as natural. For one, the sensation is not as natural. Also, if you take too much Viagra, you may have problem to achieve ejaculation.
