I have tried both original and generic Viagra and got the same result - severe headaches that took my mind off the job.

I have also tried both original and generic Cialis with very good results. I get the 20 mg tabs and take one third at a time. They are effective for 24 hours or more. By effective I mean johnny rises to the occasion but is not standing like a sentry all day long. Don't see any point in taking a whole tablet - in fact I would be inclined to use only half of a 10 mg tablet.

I can buy the original Cialis in a pack of 4x20 mg for about US$25 in the pharmacies in Saigon. Like all things in Vietnam you have to negotiate. The generics I have tried came from India and Malaysia and are available from the pharmacies in Bangkok for about US$20 in look-alike packaging.

I only buy from pharmacies - never off the street. I usually ask for the generic name tadalafil and see what they offer.

I am very much encouraged by my first experience with this "enhancer", so to speak. As stated by the numerous posters the side-effects are literally nil, slight headache, but this can be managed by drinking a lot of water. Having just returned from a very hot Mombasa my legs were slightly swollen but this is pretty usual for me. I also had a slight pain behind the hip area but i would relate this to having swollen legs.

In Hong Kong you can buy Viagra, Cialis etc. in almost every pharmacy, EXCEPT the 2 big chains, Watsons and Mannings. Price is around HK$300 for 4-pack/100mg. I have never seen any generics in HK, but I recently bought some Cialis generics in Thailand (called Apcalis) and they work well.

Just had a bad experience with this business. I checked out their web-site after seeing somebody mention it here. Just my tuppence worth, having tried both (genuine, bought online from www.menscare.co.uk (excellent service by the way, always arrives the day after ordering).

Viagra - rock hard to order, effects linger for a day or two though tails off, side effects a bit like being thumped in the face, but manageable.

Cialis - hard but less so than Viagra. Effects last for at least two days. Side effects also - not nice at all - kicked in the kidneys plus aching legs. Needed to take Ibuprofen to deal with the pain - quite offputting.
