Unless I know the girl well, I not only note the time on my phone or watch but I also conspicuously show the time to the girl and repeat it out loud too,"Ah, it's 8:06 pm." That way, the girl knows that I know the time and she will be less likely to get creative with the time or try to suddenly create a revisionist history of when we started in the room.

Another factor to consider is that it is totally illegal in the States. This is a big risk (boy or girl) for the participants over here in the States. In my State for example, they are always setting up stings and catching people all the time (at least according to the local media). Sorry, that's a serious charge where I come from and even if I don't find it funny, I hope it is meant as a joke. The reason I ask is that the women I tell about FKKs seem not to believe such places exist-they think I'm telling them some weird male fantasy.
