I think there are many restrictions, like you need to be a member of a "cannabis club" in order to be allowed to buy and grow weed. And to be a member of a cannabis club you need to have been a resident in Germany for 6 months. And I don't think you're allowed to give your cannabis to anyone else either.

I'm planning a trip to NRW or Hessen for May 9th to 11th. Will this be to close to orthodox easter? Or will the girls have returned by then?
