Today the new C19 rules are announced as they will be valid as of Friday August 20th. Summary:

- clubs do not longer have to close when incient rate 35, but. Then the usual Vaccinated, Cured or (negative) Tested is again valid, but. Antigeen (fast) tests are no longer allower, only the (more expensive) PCR tests! Holds for both ladies and men!

- when indicent rate < 35, no specific C19 rules.

- no longer registration of personal details required (as it seems, not confirmed yet).

So it seems ok for most clients, but the girls now really need to get their vaccination, because bi-daily PCR testing will be an expensive job.

I'm not sure how much of a conspiracy this would be. But if you put an infectious disease in an area with the highest population density on the planet, which also has sub optimal medical infrastructure and it is going to be a melting pot for death. I'm honestly surprised that China wasn't hit harder, considering they were ground zero.

How will this be enforced? What if someone says they will do a quarantine and instead goes to the FKK?

Also the vaccine card is just a 80 lb white cardstock which there are pdf's online. So what is to stop people from printing their own cards?

There are definitely cracks in the plan. But I don't think catching foreign travelers with fake documents or breaking quarantine is the main priority. That might amount to hundreds or even thousands of people when the mission is to push millions of their own citizens to go get vaccinated.

This Israel news is troubling. FT had a good article on Israeli breakthrough cases yesterday. Economic activity is slowing down again. Travel sensitive stocks are rolling down for months and keep in mind that stock prices are forward looking indicators; not looking great in general.

They had gambled with Pfizer and lost. The Pfizer vaccine is only 42% effective now. Even though they have the highest vaccination rate of any country.

Got a few questions about traveling within Europe, maybe someone can help. I'm planning to fly from US to Spain for a few days then to Italy for a few days and then finally to Germany.

I'm seeing on the embassy websites for Spain and Italy and they both require some online ID before entry. I'm not seeing one for Germany, is that correct? Is there control in German airports for flights within Europe?

If anyone have experience traveling in Europe in 2021 let me know.
