What evidence or proof do you have that links the increase of cases in NRW to the sauna clubs? NRW also has an active nightclub, dining and shopping scene. Perhaps that has something to do with it. I can't imagine that so many visitors in the sauna clubs are super spreaders of the disease to drastically impact the overall numbers across millions of people.
