Mercure hotel in bad homburg is closed and no more oase shuttle bus.

If you stay in sharks until closing in the weekend you can catch the first morning train to Frankfurt a little after 5 am.

That's a shame on both fronts. I was hoping the shuttle would still be in operation though the only time I got it (in both directions) I was the only passenger at E5 each way.

On the weekend you have at least one train per hour throughout the night / early morning from Darmstadt HBF. Same for Oase, there are now S Bahns throughout the night from Friedrichsdorf during the weekend.

I think other than 6 sense, all can be reached out by public transportation rather easily. Plus for months June-August you pay 9 euros only for all local bus / train for the entire month. There are some Japanese youtube videos telling you how to get to the clubs without car.

I can only speak about the Frankfurt clubs. I've always used public transport Ie trains from Frankfurt HBF (the main station) and then a short cab ride. For sharks It's a 20 min train to Darmstadt and then a E10 cab ride (but getting a cab back to Frankfurt after the trains have stopped running is very expensive) so more often than not stayed at a hotel near to Darmstadt for Sharks visits. Again for Oase a 20 min train to Burgolhosen (sure I've spelt it wrong) and a E10 cab from there (usually stay at the Mercure in Burgolhosen to avoid the expensive cab ride back to Frankfurt. For Mainhatten and Palace they're on the tram network and a cab from central Frankfurt won't cost much anyway.

For my last trip rather than moving hotels for each club (I normally limit myself to sharks, Palace and Oase) I stayed in one hotel by Frankfurt HBF and not constantly checking in an out made it a much more relaxing experience. Oase were running a minibus for E5 from the station otherwise I used public transport to get to the clubs and so it only left one expensive ride from sharks.

You could take the train from AMS starting of with Sixens and then Samya and then the others. You will not have time to sleep or check into a hotel likely if you plan on visiting all of them in only seven days.
