Most clubs will (re-) open as of today.

Most wil start with 3 G=GGG rules, but only PCR Test not antigeen test allowed anymore. Some clubs (like FKK Prime) already introduced 2 G, so only vaccinated or cured is valid to enter the club. Because PCR test is too expensive and complicated (last 24-49 hours to get result, etc). Expect 2 G to be the norm in a week or so for other clubs also.

I'm googling but I can't find when I'm counting as vaccintated. I took the 2nd dose 1 week ago but to enter Germany I needed to have been taking the dose 2 weeks ago to be counted as vaccinated (so I took a rapid test instead). Is it the same for entering clubs? This is so confusing. Germany. Gah.

Yes, you must wait 2 weeks after the second injection to be counted as "vaccinated".

Otherwise you must show a negative test.

This applies for both entering Germany and the clubs.

CDC vaccine card gets you into the clubs with no problem. No checks at the land border, hotel, and restaurants for me so far. Need to fill out contact tracing info at some restaurants.

Can I use CDC vaccine card in Germany (at the border, hotel, restaurants, clubs, etc) or do I need some kind of digital verification?

CDC vaccine card gets you into the clubs with no problem. No checks at the land border, hotel, and restaurants for me so far. Need to fill out contact tracing info at some restaurants.

I thought the same pharmacies that do the rapid tests for free also do the PCR tests for free?

So the results usually take 24 hours and then you need to return to the pharmacy to get the printed result to carry around?

In De, the antigen test can be found for free for now. PCR can be done in various clinics and offices for around 70-100 euro. The pharmacy I checked did not do any tests. You get your test results back on an app on your phone which can take over 24 hrs for PCR.

Today the new C19 rules are announced as they will be valid as of Friday August 20th. Summary:

- clubs do not longer have to close when incient rate 35, but. Then the usual Vaccinated, Cured or (negative) Tested is again valid, but. Antigeen (fast) tests are no longer allower, only the (more expensive) PCR tests! Holds for both ladies and men!

- when indicent rate < 35, no specific C19 rules.

- no longer registration of personal details required (as it seems, not confirmed yet).

So it seems ok for most clients, but the girls now really need to get their vaccination, because bi-daily PCR testing will be an expensive job.

The pcr requirement is definitely in line with the push for vaccination. Developing theory is that pcr tests are not as precise in determining transmissibility. Antigen tests is more correlated with level of viral load / inoculum which would be a better measure of whether someone is infectious.

I'm not sure how much of a conspiracy this would be. But if you put an infectious disease in an area with the highest population density on the planet, which also has sub optimal medical infrastructure and it is going to be a melting pot for death. I'm honestly surprised that China wasn't hit harder, considering they were ground zero.

Who know the truth about real Chinese figures? When some people disappear with no explanation. Who can trust China? Same like Putin.

How will this be enforced? What if someone says they will do a quarantine and instead goes to the FKK?

Also the vaccine card is just a 80 lb white cardstock which there are pdf's online. So what is to stop people from printing their own cards?

There are definitely cracks in the plan. But I don't think catching foreign travelers with fake documents or breaking quarantine is the main priority. That might amount to hundreds or even thousands of people when the mission is to push millions of their own citizens to go get vaccinated.
