Just to be clear. You can draw cash at reception with a high commission. You can't pay the girl for each session using a credit card, that is cash only.

So best procedure is to draw cash from ATMs before you get to the club from one or more accounts. I always have multiple cards in case one doesn't work. You need of course to set a limit for your spending for the day, whether that be 200 Euros or 1000 Euros or even more for some guys. I don't believe I ever exceeded 600 Euros on the most crazy day ever.
