Sorry everybody, I have been patiently following your discussions here for a while, but shouldn't they be posted somewhere else, like in General Info ? (I thought that's what shiatsu wanted to say in a diplomatic way)

This section is for FKK Atlantis. Maybe it should be kept for info on what's going on with the closing, when it will reopen (if it ever will) or where some former Atlantis girls are now.

I do not know Wildenrath, but PHG is different from the big clubs in Hessen, which I prefer. I did not like the atmosphere of a hospital with all the guys in bath robes. And I prefer clubs with public action which is not allowed in PHG.

I personally think the FKK's in the Cologne/Düsseldorf compare very well to the ones in the Frankfurt area. Particularly Planet Happy Garden and Wildenrath compare Favourable.

If you wish to visit a really good FKK-Club in Germany go to the Oase in Burgholzhausen or the Palace in Frankfurt-Hausen or even the FKK-World near Giessen (not my favorite, not enough girls except on special events). Nothings compares to it, the clubs in Hessen are the best by far.

I doubt Atlantis will ever open again in the old manner. If they reopen they will underly surveillance through the Altenstadt authorities. But Oase and Palace are good alternatives to our beloved "living-room". ;-)

German FKKs are better than anything in Amsterdam. Especially if you look at the cost of the clubs and the cost of hotels and other things Germany is a better value for pay for play.

If you can cope with Amsterdam then FKKs will be a lot more comfortable, rip-off free and cheaper. If you like window-shopping before you buy then go to one of the larger FKKs where you have a larger choice.

Amsterdam is a lot nearer for me but I don't go anymore - too much like a conveyor belt.

I usually go to Amsterdam. Is it true the German FKK clubs are that much better?

great. So the best thing (I think) is leave the car near main station, get a hotel there, then go to Palace early to change the oil.
After that hit the bars, when the need to bed a women will not be so great.

Excellent summary - as a European I can only confirm your take on how to beat the stereotype. Nothing I like more than meeting a real American who doesn't fit the steretype and undermines my prejudice!

Generalizing somewhat out of necessity, here is my take... I have a lot of experience in Germany dating, chasing and (occasionally) fucking women:

I agree with Peter that German women are much like American women in the time it takes to bed them... you won't require too much time to bed them... they don't require long drawn out courtship since most of them aren't interested in marriage or long term relationships anyway. BUT you'll be hard pressed to close the deal in a single night. Especially very pretty women will usually require more courting than a glass of red wine.

There are particular "party" pubs in nearly every town where loose morals preside, the guy-girl ratio is really shitty at such places though... and the discos are generally full of meathead Mr.Clean clone steroid abusers and peroxide blonde makeup abusers.

Moreover, average white guys will be lumped together with all the other white Germans and you will be facing a lot of competition... just being American isn't going to do it, especially considering the current political situation. Being American will help you get a conversation started, but you'll have to be clever to make it go somewhere.

German girls are the LEAST materialistic I have ever met. That is a plus if you want a girl to like you for your personality, but if you are looking for a one night stand your Rolex watch and Armani suit may not get you anywhere.

The younger the women the more interested they are in Americans... that is one of the good things. Bad thing is, young women (18-21) generally aren't interested in guys over 30.

Racism isn't a negative factor in Germany, if anything black Americans and hispanics will have the "exotic factor" on their side and among certain women will have it easier than white guys to score.

My favorite German women are Turkish... and Turkish women are more likely to go for a white American than for a German guy. Turkish girls dig Americans... I don't know why, but they do. Not that getting a Turkish girl is easy... possible in cities with universities where "modern" Turkish women live but in smaller towns it is next to impossible and probably not worth trying.

Speaking the language helps a lot... despite the prejudice that all Germans speak fluent English, practice shows that this is far from the truth. Being educated about the country and Europe and not being "the stupid American" will also help.

People generally like Americans or are indifferent to them (only few actually dislike them) but many people expect Americans to be happy, loud, fat and stupid people. Friendly and fun... but stupid. This prejudice seems to be on the rise. Thanks George. Work against the prejudice, be the "enlightened American". Watch her gain interest as her liberal education anti-American prejudice lies in shambles at her feet and she starts asking herself if she shouldn't fuck you to see what it is like.

Hurry up in your courtship, German women are getting fatter and uglier every year. The cities are holding their own, there are lots of cute women there... but the rest of the country is going downhill fast.

Go to FKKs. That is what you are here for and that is where the best fucking is going on.

If you stay at the Ibis you make it more difficult to use public tranport to the other areas in Frankfurt. There are plenty of good hotels across from the Main Hbf for 50-70 Euros per night AND you can walk across the street to use both the Trains and taxis if needed. Taxi to Palace for 10 E each way and that way you can take the train close to Oase and then another short taxi to that club. World is too far to travel via Public transport so you would either need to rent a car or hitch a ride.

The Palace will not dissapoint you,, just don't show up at 22:00 on a saturday night otherwise you may find youself waiting for both a girl and a room. Get there around 17:00 when the night shift starts to show up,hang out by the front bar and you can survey the action as they walk in.

I was going to get a hotel near Palace (the Ibis I think).

Is it easy getting from Frankfurt to Palace by train, and vice versa.

If you think doing both is a hassle I shall just do Palace.

I assume the club gets busy late, so then I can't get to Palace in time. The FKK is my priority, with the bars/clubs as a bonus if possible.

Hertz has quite a few cars with GPS. I remember renting a Mondeo with GPS there once. It usually says so on the web site. But be careful, the GPS is set up in German and sometimes it is tough to get the right city as some of these places have cities with the same name throughout germany. I do know that it is tough to programe Oase into the system.

Frankfurt has a very good bar scene. I think I have listed some of the best bars and clubs in the Frankfurt section about a year back or so.

Picking up German chicks is much like picking up american Chicks, at least for me, but I speak the language and live locally. I think the chances of picking up German girls as a foreigner are not great. some girls are into black americans for an adventure, but most german girls aren't looking for one night stands with strangers, unless they are on vacation.

If you do stay in a hotel by the train station there is a decent dance club called Galleria right there, usually a lot of hot chicks there, although the place is starting to age and needs a redo soon.
